Shipping Information

We are able to ship our puppies to new families within the continental United States. Following is information about shipping procedures and some guidelines. This will give you an idea of what is involved in shipping your new puppy to you. 

  • We prefer to use Continental Airlines when possible.
  • The standard fee for shipping is $400, this is in addition to the price of the puppy.
  • Full payment is required in advance of making shipping arrangements.
  • Shipping fee includes the following:   
    • Airline fees and taxes
    • Veterinary health exam
    • Correct sized kennel to ship your puppy in - this is yours to keep
    • Food for use during travel
    • Food & water bowls
    • Toy for puppy to play with in his kennel during travel
    • Gas and mileage for driving to and from the airport
  • The airline keeps track of weather conditions throughout the journey, and the cargo holds in the airplane are also temperature controlled.
  • If there is an extended layover, your puppy will be taken care of by feeding and seeing to his bathroom needs.
  • Any medical problem will be attended to immediately.

Once full payment is received, we will make flight arrangements as soon as possible and communicate with you about when your puppy will be arriving. We will take the puppy to the Cargo desk at the airline about 2 hours before the flight departure, and from there they will be able to track the flight's progress at any time during the journey. Once your puppy arrives at his destination, you will have instructions to follow in order to pick him up as soon as possible, within just a few minutes of the flight's arrival.
