Testimonies From Our Puppies' New Families

Here are some pictures of and testimonies from our puppies' new families.

Jasper (Driskill)

This woman was brought to our home by her husband from Austin on a "history tour", but instead of history, she was surprised by getting to pick out a new puppy for their 1st wedding anniversary. They chose Jasper - what a happy couple!

Comments from Jasper's New Family:
"I wanted to let you know that we are so happy with our little puppy Driskill . He is the sweetest most calm puppy we have ever known, and we get so many compliments on him all the time, on walks, in the neighborhood, etc. He is so happy in our new house in Austin- he has a huge front yard, and the back in fenced in. He is perfectly crate trained, and just discovered his voice! We've taken him on lots of hikes- he loves the nature walks, more than street walks I think. I will attach some recent photos, so you can see how beautiful our little Driskill is, and how happy we all are!"

"Hi Brenda, just wanted to say hello & tell you again, how happy we are with our little pup! Here are a few more recent photos. I might add that your website looks great- I love to go & look at all of the photos. Driskill really is the cutest and sweetest thing on earth- we love him so much. He loves to swim in the lakes & creeks, and we go on trail hikes every weekend. He is very happy!"

"Just wanted to say hello & send a few recent summer-time pics of our pup, Driskill. His new favorite sport is kayaking with us on the Austin lakes! He loves to swim next to us, and play fetch with his tennis balls.. He also recently learned to dive underwater to retrieve toys! He can't quite get his whole little body under water, so his tail sticks out in the air, wagging away. Hope all is well- the new litter looks adorable; I like to check in on your site every now and again to drool over the puppy pics ;) Looks great- I can tell you all put lots of time into it."

Ringo (Boudin)

Ringo's owner drove all the way from Louisiana to get him, where Ringo will grow up to be a hunting dog.

Comments from Ringo's New Family:
"Ringo has been renamed Boudin (boo-dan) by the kids. They thought he looked like a fat, little link of boudin! He is adjusting well and learning quickly. His house training is coming along smoother than expected. He's never had an accident over night and the daily accidents are occurring less and less. He LOVES to retrieve and play outside. He has a big rubber ball he pushes around the yard as well as the kids soccer ball! He has befriended one of the two cats we have and they chase each other around the house until they both collapse from exhaustion. The jury is still out with the other feline! It is quite entertaining! He went to the vet last Tuesday and was given a clean bill of health and had his ears cleaned. He was put on a heartworm program and will be returning Wednesday for more vaccines. He is laid back and quiet. He really never cried when we brought him home. A little protesting but nothing more. Thanks for a wonderful pup!"
"Boudin is now 6 months old and is doing great! He loves the water and swimming every chance he gets! He loves people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. He is obedient and willing to learn and is well behaved both in the house and out. Enjoy the pics and thanks again for a great pup!"
"Hello Brenda and family! Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful! It happened to fall on Boudin's first birthday, November 22!! He's a year old already, wow! Still no complaints, wonderful with kids and other pets and is a perfect hunting companion. He loves riding the four wheeler, in the truck, boat, etc. His nose is second to none and he is a natural hunter and retriever! Still very obedient and spoiled rotten! I'm working on convincing my wife that we should get another pup!! He needs a friend in the house and in the field! Once I get the green light, I'll let you know! Anyway, I've included a few pictures taken on his birthday so I hope you enjoy them!"
"Brenda & Family, Happy New Year!! Hope this year is as blessed as the last! Here are a few pics of Boudin's most recent outing. He is a joy to watch work in the woods and play around the house. Woodcock (Timberdoodle, Becasse) season is just underway and he's already a seasoned pro having flushed and retrieved numerous birds!! Please let me know when you expect another litter! Thanks again!"

Posie (Wilma)

After waiting for several months to find the perfect puppy, this sweet lady was very excited to come and pick up her new friend. She had first pick of that particular litter, and chose Posie for her own!

Comments from Posie's New Family:
"Dear Brenda and Family, Just wanted to give a quick update on our new baby. Her name is now Wilma. Silly I know but that is what my husband liked. She has been a wonderful addition to our family. She is an absolute joy and very smart. She has had 2 accidents all week. Her personality comes out more and more each day. She also seems to be getting more energy each day. She and I went on our first walk this evening trying to get some of the energy released but she just came home and ran around the house and backyard. She goes to work with me everyday and everyone there just adores her. She is learning basic comands very well. We practice each day. I'll send you some pics this weekend. Just wanted to let you know that we love her very much."
"Dear Brenda and Family, Here are some pictures of our first week. She has been so good and is learning very fast. We took her out on Saturday and shot a gun around her and this didn't seem to phase her. My husband is very happy on this matter. We have taught her to sit and lie down so far. Thank you so much."
"Today she had her first beach day. She absolutely loved it. I was a little nervous that she wouldn't but it was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better day either. The water was blue and wonderfully clear and smooth. Our little baby is now 12 weeks."
"Wilma is doing so well. Her teeth are correcting themselves after her visit to the doggie dentist. She tips the scales at 40 pounds as of Friday. She was spayed at the begining of the month and was fully recovered from that the next day. It was hard to keep her calm. She still goes to work with me everyday which has been cut the 3 days a week (thank goodness because gas was killing me). I have attached some pictures of our clean up after the hurricane because those are the recent ones that we have. I've been back out to the beach but I can't take her yet. I just hope that one day our beach will return to what it was. I think that she may have found her second calling in life other than hunting. We are planning on starting her in agility training when she is a year old. She is so smart and eager to do things and loves to run I think it would be just the thing. I will also attempt to upload a video. It is very bad quality that we shot while we were cleaning up after the hurricane but it shows her retreiving for hunting. She is trained with a plastic bottle so it is ok for the kids to watch. The tall man with the gun is my husband. I also saw that you have a new batch up puppies and my husband and I are both looking at Genius. He is so adorable. We will let you know as soon as we know if we can get him. Lots of love and hope that you are doing well."

Taz

This puppy's new name is Taz and he is one our our airplane puppies! He is now at home with his new family in Oklahoma, where they are spoiling him just as all Springers adore.

Comments from Taz's New Family:
"Hi Brenda, Taz is healthy and seems to be doing great. He is a biter though, so I'm putting him in obedience school asap. He loves to chew, and usually it is on us. He does not respond well to 'no' yet. He is better at not using bathroom in house, and sleeps all night. Does well in his big cage when we are gone and at night for bedtime. Feelin confident that he will mature and be a wonderful dog."
" Hi Brenda, I keep all of our pictures of Taz in a special file called 'The Many Faces of Taz'. He is a riot! Very funny and loveable. He is doing much better now; no more biting, and all potty trained! He is a bundle of energy as we knew he would be. Loves his walks, and playing with all of his toys. He has a special purple hippo squeaker toy that he talks to; quite funny. When we let him out the back door to go outside to potty, he runs as fast as he can then leaps up in the air to 'see' out over his domain. I hope to get this on video someday. When my son climbs up on the fence to get a look at the horse over our back fence, Taz runs around in circles and then rebounds off the fence, gets going again and runs right up the fence. The other day he even made it to the top of the 6 ft. fence and hung there for a few seconds. What a character! And such a difference from our sedate collies from the past. Wow. Will keep you up to date. Can't believe he will be 1 this month. We love him! "

Apricot (Sammy)

This couple will surely spoil their new puppy Apricot, and as I told them - Springer puppies love to be spoiled and treated just like babies!

Comments from Apricot's New Family:
"Hi Brenda and family,

I have been meaning to e-mail pics to you for quite some time now and I always seem to get busy and forget!! We brought home Apricot (who we now call Sammy) in December '07 and have been in love with her ever since! She is a character!! We have a MinPin (Maggie) who is still the boss even though Sammy is quite a bit bigger and Sammy loves to play with her when Maggie is in the mood!! She also loves to cuddle with her but again Maggie has to be willing!! We also adopted a kitten recently (Roxy) who Sammy also likes very much but Roxy is not quite ready to cuddle with her or play because Sammy tends to be a little to rough with her! We call Sammy our 35 pound lap dog!! If we are on the couch we have to be prepared for her to jump straight into our laps and cuddle with us (and stay until we need to get up!) and give kisses on the lips and anywhere else! Sammy is very spoiled and also gets to sleep in bed with us (Maggie too) and I can't fall asleep if she is not cuddling with me!!

Sammy is not just a cuddler-she lives for her two red Kong balls!! As soon as we get home(rain or shine, 100 degrees or 50 degrees) we have to go straight outside with her and throw her balls for her-we have to have two-she will not give up the first one until she sees the second in our hands!! We also have a "backup ball" in case one goes over either neighbors fence! She will keep going even when she is too tired to keep going! She is also a huge fan of the water(my in-laws swimming pool!) she loves bath time and has taken many showers with me(not my choice!!). As you can tell we love her very much and would already have another one if we had the space for three dogs! Thank you for providing us with such a loving dog and we cherish all of the joy she has brought us! I have attached some long over due pics-enjoy!"

Comet (Bruno)

Comments from Comet's New Family:
"Brenda & Family, Below are some of the photos we have taken of Bruno. He is an absolute joy and a special addition to our family. With his great personality there are very few moments that he is not getting attention from someone! He's learning his boundaries with Choco (our 12 year old Lab), but it takes a great deal of pestering before Choco lets Bruno know to "cool it"! Bruno loves being outside and will be able to stay out longer when he gets bigger. We have a wrought iron fence, and right now he can get through the rungs and off into the greenbelt and someone else's acreage. We can tell he has already grown because his head is getting less and less able to get through, which he seems to be well aware. After loosing Bruno I (our other Lab) my husband and boys were very hesitant about getting another dog. When I got home with Bruno II they just fell in love with him and, truly, it's like Springer Bruno has the same personality as Lab Bruno, which has made the adjustment and/or addition very special! It's really funny, too, because our African Grey calls out "Bruno" and little Bruno just looks around for whose calling him. Bruno just looks at the bird and is fascinated, tilting his head and curious. I'm sure at some point Bruno will find out about his boundaries with Aggie, too! Thank you so much - we are blessed. It was a pleasure meeting you and the kids. I will continue to send photos and please tell the kids he's doing great and is well taken care of and very much loved!"

Pretzel (Amigo)

Comments from Pretzel's New Family:
"I just wanted to give you a quick update on Amigo (aka-Pretzel). He is doing great and has adapted to the house well. He and Jay Jay are getting along well except when Amigo gets too wound up and "puppyish". When he does this a simple growl from Jay Jay settles him down. Jay Jay was also the biggest help in getting him house trained. Amigo watched Jay Jay and figured it out pretty quickly. Our son has already taught Amigo to sit on command and they are now working on shaking and fetching the frisbee. As you can see from the pictures he is a big help in the kitchen and with the gardening. He figured out how to use the doggy door his 3rd day with us and ever since I have been finding very unusual things in my living room. He is a very smart puppy and is so social. Thank you for all your family's hard work with him."

Sausage (Jackson)

Comments from Sausage's New Family:
"Hi Brenda! Jackson is doing wonderful! He sleeps through the night now in his crate and goes to the back door everytime he needs to go outside. He loved going to see our family in New Orleans and playing with my nephew although i think he prefers living in Dallas because he loves running around our backyardl. We took him for his 10 week vaccinations yesterday and he was 14.5lbs! The first time we took him he was only 7.9lbs! i can't believe how big he is getting! How are all the other puppies doing? Hope ya'll had a wonderful new year!"
"Hey Brenda!! How are you? I wanted to give you an update on Jackson. He is doing great! I couldn't be happier having him around. He is 7 months old now and we just took him to the vet to get weighed and he is 55 lbs! He is just so handsome, everyone comments on how shiney his coat is and what beautiful coloring he has. Also he has mastered a few tricks, he knows shake, high five, lay down, sit, hug and look cute! I hope you family is doing well. Hopefully we will be getting another dog soon!"

Thunder (Brodie)

Thunder is now named Brodie, and we are happy to report he is this couple's new "baby" in their home in Austin.

Comments from Thunder's New Family:
"Brodie is doing great! I wanted to let you know that the first vet visit went pretty well. We will be going back in a few weeks for the next rounds of vaccinations. He is a happy active little guy and is already making himself quite comfortable in his new home. We are both amazed at how quickly he picked up both crate training and basic commands. We are completely smitten with him, he is such a wonderful addition to our home."
"Hi Brenda and Family- I thought I would send across some new pics of Thunder (aka Brodie). Brodie is 8 months old now, about 40 pounds now and looking great. We get so many compliments from people in the dog park and out on walks. We have finished our puppy training classes and he did really well, very easy to train and smart. He loves to go on hikes in the hill country and bike rides, a complete water dog. Brodie has been a huge pleasure for us , he really is a part of our family. You guys did a really great job with him and I always recommend you to people asking about Springers."

Annie

This sweet family just picked up Annie, who will keep her name - to our daughter's delight! Their little girl was very interested in our kittens, so now she will have to work on talking her parents into adopting a kitten as Annie's playmate!

Comments from Annie's New Family:
"I just thought I'd update you on Annie! We are loving her so much! Our son was so proud when we got home that he put her in the wagon and went down our street introducing her to the neighbors. Annie went to her first vet appointment on Monday and he said that all looked well. She has lots of energy and loves to play. She loves to play outside in the yard, and is also showing us how smart she is. She's already figured out that if she scratches on the back door, she gets to go outside (whether she really needs to go potty or not.) She also is doing well with her "kennel" command when it is time to go to her crate . (She is also doing very well in her crate- she hasn't cried since the second night and that was only for a few minutes.) Besides being fun and rambunctious, though, Annie is also a lap dog. She loves to sit in our laps, while she is playing with a toy and when she is ready for a nap. Again, we are really enjoying Annie! Thank you for all the wonderful care you and your family gave her to get her ready to come home with us."
"Hi Brenda and Family! We just wanted to share some updated pictures of our Annie! We love her so much! She is a good dog- sometimes a little crazy, but she is smart and loves us as much as we love her. When she sees us her whole body (not just her tail) wags! Can you believe she is 48 lbs already?! As you can see, she really favors Boomerang. Her ears have become really curly and she has lots of waves in her coat. We think she is perfect. Thanks again for all your hard work- we appreciate it!"

Angel and Lion

Angel and Lion both got to go home with this little girl who has been wanting a puppy for 3 years. Now she has two puppies to love! We appreciate this drawing she sent to us, and wanted to share it.

Comments from Angel and Lion's New Family:
Wanted you to see Angel and Lion. They have grown! Our son calls Angel "Luz". She answers to both Angel and Luz. They are doing very well. Thank you so much. We really love them.
We went to Bandera for spring break, and had a great time. The pups had their first swim, and had a really great time. Luz (formerly Angel) was a natural, text book entry into the water, and is a great swimmer. Lion is so long and lanky, he has a little different gait, but still a very good swimmer and he is fearless about jumping in. We all had a great time, especially the pups, lots of room to run around off their leashes. They really are quite good dogs, we take them to the park twice a day and let them run, and take them for an evening walk. Their crate training is doing well, and we have decided to enroll them in Hunting School in May, when they are six months old. The website looks good, hope you can post this, they are wonderful puppies, and I know they will grow up to being great dogs.

Prince (Jake)

Prince's new name is "Jake" and he was an anniversary gift from this woman to her husband. She wanted to surprise him, but couldn't keep the secret, it was too exciting!

Comments from Jake's New Family:
"Jake has fit into our family beautifully. He is such a loving dog and has a great disposition. He loves his 'daddy' and the kids, more importantly he gets along great with our other two dogs. He is the most trusting dog I have ever seen. he will literally let you pick him up and his legs sprawl out in a relaxed position. One of his favorite things to do is lay in his daddy's lap, on his back, with his legs extended out. he will sit there for hours if we let him. Most of the time he is in 'play mode'. He is keeping our 7 year old Australian Sheppard young by initiating play with him at all hours of the day, and our Westie tries so hard to keep up with Jake as he sprints through the back yard. All three dogs are so much fun to watch play together. John has started working with Jake and the throw dummy; Jake is a natural! In fact, a couple of weeks ago he brought me a dead bird from the back yard. My initial reaction was 'NO, Jake' and then I realized he was not biting down on the bird, there were no puncture marks. He found it and was bringing it to me. Then I praised him and he was so proud! It really was cute! We are heading out to the river this weekend and taking Jake with us. You can see from the pictures he loves the water. We absolutely love him and could not imagine our home without him!"

Firefighter (Wade)

Comments from Firefighter's New Family:
"Hey Brenda, Thanks for the info on the dog food. We are going to look into switching here pretty soon.

Firefighter, who is now Wade, is doing so well. He is very friendly and loves to meet new people and other dogs. He is also very smart. He house trained very quickly and is now picking up basic obedience fast too! He is quite the chewer though and thinks that anything left on the floor is his.... He is also growing really fast. He is almost 20 pounds already. Watching him inhale his food is pretty amazing!

We are very lucky to have acres and acres of empty lots around us and Wade loves to go for long walks and explore all the smells in the fields. It's really funny when he sees a bird flying above him and he tries to chase it down. He can also jump very high already. Watching him jump over low fences is really amazing and he does it with such grace!

Another thing that we have discovered is that he really, really hates baths! He would rather be covered in mud and grass than take a bath. He acts like we are torturing him every time we try to clean him up a bit. It's a little comical to us but I am sure it's not to him!

Well thanks again for the dog food info. We are all doing very well over here and I hope your family is too. We could not be more pleased with Wade. I will attach a few pictures so y'all can see how he looks now. Feel free to use them on your website if you would like."

Lilac (Khloe)

This couple from Houston knew that Lilac was meant for them the first moment they saw her on our website. Her new name is "Khloe Lilac" and she is a special puppy with special markings not like any of our others previously.

Comments from Lilac's New Family:
"Khloe is having a fine time, has been through obedience classes, and just earned her AKC "Canine Good Citizen" certificate. She loves to play, show off her tricks, and most especially, play in the water & swim. She gets to swim in Galveston Bay, has her own life jacket for boat rides, and loves to swim for her tennis ball. Currently she is hopeful that we will get on a bird lease - she loves to chase the birds that land in the yard, and unfailingly retrieves tennis balls.

Khloe is the best dog we have ever owned. Smartest, happiest, and eager to please. She knows at least 7 commands & tricks, and is working on more. We hope the pictures do her justice."

Mac

Mac now lives in his new home in California, where he has a wonderful family, adoring children to love him, and lives on a 60 acre ranch!

Comments from Mac's New Family:
"We have received Mac and he has been great. He has adapted very well and was never timid of anybody or anything from the time he arrived. I would like to thank you and your family for all your help in getting Mac to us. I had special circumstances in the delivery and you went out of your way to make sure you met these. He has been a great addition to our family and I hope we can keep him as happy and well adjusted as you and your family did."

Lacy

Lacy is being spoiled rotten in her new home in Austin with this nice lady who is a schoolteacher.

Comments from Lacy's New Family:
"Hi Brenda and Family, I just wanted to send a note to let you know how Little Lacy is doing. She is adjusting so well to life in Austin. She is a very sweet, calm and social girl! She loves going on hikes to the creek and park and visiting with all of her puppy friends and acquaintances at the dog parks close by. She gets compliments wherever we go. She is so perfect for me and I love every moment! :) Hope all is well with you. I have attached some recent photos."

Princess (Miss Lucy)

Princess has a new name - Miss Lucy - and a new family! The father in this family owned a Springer when he was a boy, and now he has continued the family tradition for his sons.

Comments from Princess's New Family:
"Here are some pictures of Miss Lucy. She is doing great. She is a whopping 12 pounds, and loves to play. She never wants to be inside, she goes out about 5 am and doesn't want to come in until dark. She is a little nippy, we all have holes in our clothes, but I know she'll out grow it. She does great in her crate at night and loves all of her toys. My boys are really enjoying her and she is growing so fast! She LOVES to play fetch. She is so good at it. No matter what we throw she'll run and get it and bring it right back and drop it at our feet. She also loves the swing set. She'll climb up the side and really go down the slide. She will also put her front paws on the swing and do a little swing. It is so cute. Thanks again for everything."

Jack (Ratchet)

This college man came from Houston to pick up Jack, who will go home with him and get lots of attention and love, both man and dog we are sure!

Comments from Jack's New Family:
"Hey Brenda, I took Jack home back in February. His name is Ratchet now and he's doing great here in Houston. These pictures are from a recent trip we took out to Jewett, TX. He had a blast and everybody kept telling me what a good looking dog he is."

Oreo

This puppy, whom we named "Oreo" is going to keep his name in honor of his new owner who works at Nabisco! What a good match for this family!

Comments from Oreo's New Family:
"Hi Brenda, As Oreo approaches his first birthday, I thought you and your family my enjoy seeing how he looks all grown up. He has grown up to be quite a handsome fellow. He has patches of "milk chocolate" in his dark brown spots. He's been a great dog. We saw the pictures of the new litter....hard to remember Oreo that small. Hope this finds all well with you and the family."

Berry (Sammie)

Berry is now at home with her excited new 11-year old owner in Austin, who has named her "Samantha."

Comments from Berry's New Family:
" Hi Brenda, thanks for the update on the dog food.

Just wanted to update you on Berry (now Samantha, and called "Sammie"). She's the most awesome little firebrand - incredibly smart, extremely easy to train, loving and alpha dog queen of our pack. She's also very, very small, for which we are very, very grateful. We constantly comment, "boy, it's a good thing she's not a 45 pounder, because she'd squish you when she jumps into your lap!" (she's topped out at about 25 lbs and has blessedly short hair). Yes, she is a lap, get-carried-around-the house love muffin. Of course she's also a swimming, squirrel chasing, brother (dog) romping and harassing little ball of energy. She goes and goes and goes and then just drops.

I've had Springers in the past, but it's been quite a while. Sammie has reminded me why I will never be without one again. "

Rosie

This couple waited for their new puppy for several months, and it was a perfect wedding gift - they picked Rosie up 2 days after their wedding!

Comments from Rosie's New Family:
"Merry Christmas! Rosie is doing so well and we love her SO MUCH! We can't imagine our lives without her! Thank you!!"

Domino (Buddy)

Domino was a surprise birthday gift for this woman's father, where he is being well taken care of, we are told he sleeps on his new owner's bed!

Comments from Domino's New Family:
"Buddy (aka Domino) is doing great, and he was a wonderful surprise. He is already being spoiled at his new home. Here is a photo with his new proud pappa!!!"

Bandit (Earl)

After being spoiled at our house (he was our son's favorite), Bandit is now being spoiled at his new home. He'll no doubt learn to swim very quickly as he lives near a lake!

Comments from Bandit's New Family:
I've changed Bandit's name to Earl. He is doing well. I have had many compliments on him from everyone. He has made many new friends and seems to be enjoying himself. Thank you so much. Take care.

Happy (Obi) and Fudge (Anakin)

Our puppy once known as Happy has gone to his new home with a very loving family. Although our puppies are not housetrained while they are with us, the comment below from Happy's new owners shows how smart Springers are!

Comments from Happy's New Family:
"Just following up on Happy. He is a wonderful puppy. He walks great on a leash and knows where to go to the restroom. It seems like he was house trained and leash trained. He is very friendly with everyone. He stays inside and does great. We are very happy with Happy. Well we named him Obi. After Obi-Wan. We are blessed to have a puppy as good as Obi. Thank you very much!"

This family loved their first Springer so much that they decided to adopt another! Fudge - now named Anakin - is going to feel right at home with his half-brother Obi. Do I detect some Star Wars fans in this family?

Freckles and Lightning (Bingo)

This little girl saved up and paid for her puppies with her very own money! Freckles and Lightning (who will now be Bingo) will no doubt have a very happy home. She was so happy to be taking them home after waiting so long!

Comments from Freckles and Lightning's New Family:
"I don't know how you and your family did it, but you rewarded us with two of the most content and happy puppies we have laid eyes on! They slept in their own individual crates last night without whining or barking and slept soundly until about 4AM at which time we all got up, took them outside to potty, laughed and laughed at them as they rolled over each other in their excitement to discover their new outside environment for the next 60 minutes. They (and we) went back to sleep until 7AM at which time they both woke up, ate AN ENTIRE BOWL of the dog food you purchased without hesitation and played all morning both inside and out. They are now all tuckered out, sleeping next to our daughter in her play area. Thought you might like an update on how they survived their first night.

My husband, who has had many dogs in the past, said this was the best first night he has ever spent with puppies. We feel truly blessed. Please give our sincere thanks to your children for their care in helping to nurture such wonderful little beings."

Chocolate (Dash)

Comments from Chocolate's New Family:
"I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new addition, Dash. He is the cutest puppy I think I have ever seen and everywhere we go everyone wants to pet, hold, and flat out take him home. Dash slept almost the entire six hour drive home in our daughter's lap and only cried on occasion. We took him to his first vet visit on Monday and he got a clean bill of health, he is a great puppy! Thank you so much again for the opportunity to adopt one of your great puppies and will be recommending you as a breeder to all of our friends here! We will be sending pics soon to keep you updated!"

"Just wanted to check in and let you know that we took Dash for his second vet checkup today and he got the perfect bill of good health! He is a whopping 11 pounds and is growing bigger with each new day! He is one of the best puppies we have ever had and we love him to pieces. He loves to chew on ANYTHING he can get his hands on and has quite a voice-haha! We will be sending pictures as soon as our camera is fixed! Thanks again for such a great pup!"

Cinnamon

Cinnamon has gone home to be with her new family in Houston. We miss you Cinnamon!

Comments from Cinnamon's New Family:
"Riley is wonderful! She is just beautiful and fits our personalities very well. We are constantly receiving compliments from strangers on how pretty she is. Over Thanksgiving, we took her to our family's houses and she had several kids and dogs to play with- she is definitely a friendly dog with tons of energy. She has learned several tricks, but the leash training seems to be the most difficult...so we are still working on it!"

Igor (Charlie)

Igor is enjoying his new home in the Texas Hill Country.

Comments from Igor's New Family:
"Igor has changed his name to Charlie as in Charlie Brown and is very funny. The first day we brought him home, he jumped on my 2 year's big wheel and tried to ride it. He loves to sit in chairs and play fetch. He is such a joy to us and we LOVE him very much."

Doogie (Buddy)

Doogie has gone home to be with his loving new family in San Marcos, and will be making friends with their dog Maisie.

Comments from Doogie's New Family:
Well, our new Buddy is home and is happy. He loves playing with Maisie, as she is having fun with him. His vet visit today went well and he is in good health. He is one very active, busy little guy. He is always under my feet wherever I go. We are so pleased with him. I'll send pictures soon if I can ever get a whole one of him. He is so fast I get either the front half or the back half. Just wanted to let you know that he is going to one very loved little dog.

Trooper

Trooper is enjoying lots of space to run and play on his country acreage with two active boys to chase after him.

Comments from Trooper's New Family:
Trooper is doing great! He and our youngest follow each other around the fields for hours. He pretty much follows anyone who he thinks is going somewhere. He seems to love best running through the tall clover and watching the neighbor's horses. He gets along pretty well with our cat also... not exactly best friends, but able to stand next to each other without barking or hissing. Anywhere we've taken him, he always gets compliments!

Rose

After waiting for quite awhile for the perfect puppy, this sweet girl is having fun spoiling Rose in her new home in Arlington, TX.
